Important: By using TaskNext.AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions and Acceptance

"Service" means the TaskNext.AI platform, including the website, mobile applications, APIs, and all features and functionality. "User" or "You" means any individual or entity using the Service. "Content" means any text, images, videos, or other materials created, uploaded, or published through the Service.

By creating an account and using TaskNext.AI, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent; (b) you have the authority to bind yourself (or your employer) to these Terms; and (c) you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old to use TaskNext.AI. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

2. Service Description

TaskNext.AI is an AI-powered social media management platform that helps you create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The Service includes AI-generated content suggestions, scheduling tools, analytics, and OAuth integration with social platforms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We continuously improve the Service, and features or functionality may change at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes that negatively impact your use.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You agree to:

  • •Immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or security breach
  • •Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • •Not share your account credentials with third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use TaskNext.AI to:

  • •Create spam, phishing, malware, or misleading content
  • •Impersonate or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • •Violate any laws, regulations, or social platform terms of service
  • •Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other individuals or groups
  • •Infringe intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patents)
  • •Engage in automated scraping, hacking, or unauthorised access attempts
  • •Distribute malware or attempt to compromise system security
  • •Use the Service for illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
  • •Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
  • •Violate Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other platform policies

We reserve the right to investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts immediately. You may be liable for damages caused by your violation of this policy.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Content generated by TaskNext.AI's AI assistant (powered by Anthropic Claude) is created to assist you but may not be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your needs.

You are fully responsible for:

  • •Reviewing all AI-generated content before posting
  • •Ensuring content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies
  • •Verifying factual accuracy, especially for news, health, or financial claims
  • •Ensuring you own or have rights to use any third-party content referenced
  • •Respecting copyright, trademark, and personality rights in your content
  • •Obtaining necessary consents for images, quotes, or references

By default, TaskNext.AI will show you a preview of AI-generated content and ask for your explicit confirmation before publishing to any social platform. You may enable auto-posting in Settings, but doing so means you take full responsibility for all published content without prior review.

We are not liable for any AI-generated content you post, including false information, copyright infringement, defamation, or violations of platform policies. By publishing content via TaskNext.AI, you assert that you have full authority over that content.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Tiers: TaskNext.AI is available under paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Unlimited — from £7/mo founding or £9/mo regular, up to £79/mo founding or £99/mo regular, or equivalent in other currencies). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Billing: You authorise us to charge your payment method on the date you purchase and thereafter on each renewal date. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled. You are responsible for checking your billing statements.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.

7. Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with TaskNext.AI within 14 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund of your subscription fee, no questions asked.

How to Request: Email support@tasknextai.one with your request. Include your account email and order date.

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Exceptions: The 14-day guarantee does not apply if you have exceeded fair use limits, violated our Acceptable Use Policy, or are receiving a free trial or promotional credit.

No Refunds After 14 Days: Subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of the Service: TaskNext.AI, including its design, features, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by TaskNext.AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any Content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and analyse your Content for the purpose of delivering the Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI assistant is owned by you. We make no claim to AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for ensuring such content does not infringe third-party rights.

Third-Party Content: Social platform content (e.g., Instagram posts) remains governed by those platforms' terms. We do not claim ownership of content posted to third-party platforms.

User-Generated Content: By publishing Content via the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all necessary rights to the Content; (b) the Content does not infringe any third-party rights; and (c) the Content complies with all laws and platform policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • •TaskNext.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • •We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost revenue, data loss, or reputational harm).
  • •Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • •We are not responsible for third-party service failures (Anthropic, Stripe, social platforms).
  • •We are not liable for content you post or actions taken by other users.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TaskNext.AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights; (c) Content you post via the Service; or (d) your use of the Service in violation of platform policies.

11. Suspension and Termination

Grounds for Suspension/Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you:

  • •Violate this Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • •Engage in illegal activity or fraud
  • •Post content that violates platform policies or laws
  • •Have a payment method declined and fail to update it within 7 days

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and associated data 90 days after termination. You remain liable for any obligations incurred during your use.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution: Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@tasknextai.one. We will respond within 14 days.

Waiver of Class Action: You agree not to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions against TaskNext.AI.

13. Data and API Compliance

By connecting your social media accounts, you authorise us to access your social media data via OAuth. You grant us the permissions requested by each platform (typically: read profiles, write posts, read analytics). You can revoke access at any time via your account settings or the social platform's app permissions page.

We comply with the API terms of service of all connected platforms (Meta/Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok) and will not misuse your data.

14. Third-Party Services

TaskNext.AI integrates with third-party services (Anthropic Claude API, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Railway, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok). Your use of these services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their actions, outages, or data handling practices.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after 30 days constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TaskNext.AI. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
